Ann DeCristofaro Custom Photography offers many styles of albums. Albums range from press-quality magazine-style pages to the thicker Storybook pages.
Hand-designed albums with Acrylic, Leather, Metal or Fabric Covers. Miniature versions of the album (“clones” because they are exact duplicates of the larger album) come in several sizes: 6×8, 4×5 are shown in this photo. The covers shown in this photo are both acrylic.
This album, when ordered a la carte (and not part of a wedding package) starts at $1800 with 20 pages (40 spreads) The client chooses 30 photos to include in the album and Ann custom-designs an album from this input.
The smaller clones can easily fit in a purse and are perfect for the bride to show her friends at work and on the road. They are also perfect for grandparents, bridesmaid gifts or parents.
Albums can also come in leather (glove, standard and faux) in several colors. Pictured below is a handtooled embossed cover.
This album was designed for a wedding anniversary to update an old album that had seen better days!
Less Expensive variations include the Magazine style albums. These albums have thin pages that are laminated / coated to repel fingerprints and have covers that are either leatherette or glossy photo. Pictured are the Glossy Photo style cover. These albums start at $500 for 20 pages. These albums also offer “clones” in smaller sizes. The standard size is 10×10, but it is also available in 12×12, 11×14, 8×8, 8×10, 6×6 and 3×3. The smaller sizes are available when a larger size is purchased as a clone.
Mid-priced between the two styles shown above, is the thick-paged Storybook Album. This comes standard in 12 pages / 24 sides and starts at $900. Options include cameos, imprinting, leather or photographic covers.
More traditional albums include leather covers (with or without cameos). Below is a sample album that includes the cameo in a leather cover.
For the client who wants a leather cover, there are many colors to choose from. No longer are you limited to a white or ivory album!
