This band concert was wonderful! Once again the raw talent of the Jazz Ensembles, the Jaz Sextet, Percussion Ensemble, Concert band and Flutes and Clarinets sextet – just incredible – as evidenced by all the foot tapping both on stage AND in the audience! Led by interim director, Henry Morel, filling in for Tom O’Toole – the performances were flawless with nary a hiccup. Particularly notable were soloists Robbie Enzmann, Dan Paladini, Colin Montgomery, Max Doucette , Drew Starkey, Robert Cohen and Yivan Jiang - all whom seemed very much in their element . Mr. Morel was presented with several gifts onstage – as this was his last performance at Nashoba. Tom O’Toole also took the stage after his comeback from surgery much to the delight and riotous reception from his students and the audience! Welcome back, Tom!
