… who was busy eating a chipmunk in the tree. He was so engrossed in his “roadkill” that he gave me time to run for my camera. Here he is, licking his chops!

The Lions Club held their annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny fundraiser this weekend. Once again, the children “stole the stage” clamoring to “high-five” the Easter Bunny and get their pictures taken with him. Here are some of my favorites:
The redwing blackbirds are back at Tower Hill Botanical Gardens. I love the sound of these birds … You can always tell that Spring is here when you hear them! They are tricky to photograph because they like to hide in the reeds just out of clear sight.
