About the Instructor
Ann DeCristofaro is a “techno-geek” and worked with Photoshop starting in 2001 and Lightroom when it first came out. She has been an educator for 44 years – as a Math Teacher for 24 years and as a Computer Software Principal Ed Specialist and Course Developer for 20 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, Sybase, Client Servers and her own company DBSol. She retired formally from teaching in 2016 – starting a new life where the right brain took over the left brain! No looking back – all things photography! Her website is www.anndee.com
She has been an active member of PPAM (Professional Photographers Association of Massachusetts) since 2013 and was a former VP of Finance for PPAM. She also has been a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) since 1984. She is a Certified Professional Photographer (PPA) and has been active in Photo Competitions for both groups. She lives in Stow, Ma where she currently does occasional retouching for clients, personal mentoring and has a love for old film cameras and infrared photography.
